Trash Chute Cleaning Service

Trash chute cleaning is encouraged due to a wide range of benefits.  A routine cleaning and maintenance program can reduce and eliminate many problems including rodents, insects, odors, fire hazards and any tenant inconvenience.  Cleaning often has a positive impact on mechanical problems and the environment in general.

First, treatment of the interior chute(s) will be made with all-natural citrus cleansing/degreasing solutions. Each floor of chute will be cleaned with a high-power pressure washer. This is followed by a more detailed hand cleaning of each trash chute door, inside & out. All working parts will be lubricated. The work starts at the top intake and continues down, floor-by-floor to the discharge room where the discharge compactor & immediate surrounding area is cleaned.

Following the cleaning Fryer Noble Co. will submit a full inspection and estimate of any repairs needed to bring your chute system up to code. Any further recommendations for service such as: anti-bacterial foaming or deodorizing will be made at that time.

Prior to cleaning the chute must be closed. We ask that you post a notice to inform tenants and co-workers that the chute(s) are closed for maintenance.
